1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Sheoapplication, mobile app, or website ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Use of Services & Accounts
You may use Sheo as a guest (offline mode) or by creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use Sheo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
3. User Content & Shared Collections
You retain all intellectual property rights to the bookmark links, descriptions, notes, and tags you create. By making a folder public via a Share Code, you grant others the ability to view and import copies of the links in that collection. We reserve the right to remove any shared collection that contains abusive, infringing, or harmful material.
4. Service Availability & Disclaimers
Sheo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we provide offline access and encrypted cloud backup, we encourage users to periodically use the built-in JSON backup and export features to preserve local archives of their links.
